Dong Nai Port aiming to improve service quality Updated 29-05-2017 08:12
(Vietnam Logistics Review) On May 24th, 2017, Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company (PDN) had a Seminar with customers in Dau Giay Industrial Park. Here, PDN has received and answered the questions of customers using the services at the Port.

The Customer Conference was held by Dau Giay Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, this is the 27th of the 31 Industrial Zones in Dong Nai Province, having total planning area of 330,8 ha, where has been invested by 19 domestic and foreign companies so far, occupying 55,99% of the area. The conference was attended by the Customs Departments of Thong Nhat and Bien Hoa, along with Vietinbank and Dong Nai Port
At the Conference

The coordination of dialogue and consultation of enterprises is one of activities to improve the services quality of Dong Nai Port. This is the first Seminar of PDN in Dau Giay Industrial Park, in which Ms. Tiet Thi Bach Hien - Representative of PDN emphasized "We have been constantly striving, coordinating and developing with enterprises in recent years, with desire based on understanding and sharing. Therefore, PDN has taken steps to support customers with practical services such as supporting barging charge to neighboring ports such as Cai Mep. Currently, PDN is also working same way for the port area in Ho Chi Minh City ...”

Nowadays, PDN has upgraded warehouses and storages, coordinating with partners for improving logistics system in Dong Nai area.
